May I choose the office location?

In general it is possible to work in various AURELIUS offices. Please keep in mind though that effective collaboration is usually most efficient when together with your team/line manager.

Is an office-presence required or are hybrid working models possible?

Hybrid working models are possible in consultation with your line manager. In general we enjoy working on site together as a team.

Am I involved in pre- and/or post-deal work?

You will be working on both pre- and post-deal assignments, depending on the demand and type of the projects.

Is the team working on local or international assignments?

Your assignments will be predominantly local, but we enhance cross-border collaboration and thus you may also work on international projects on a regular basis.

Am I collaborating with other corporate departments?

Depending on your role, responsibilities and assignments, you may be working very closely with your colleagues in other support functions as well as our employees in the Investment Advisory and Operations team.
