In a “Welcome On Board” meeting you will receive everything you need to know related to your start and first months at AURELIUS.
Team-Onboarding
Let’s get going, but with a sounding board: we’ll introduce you to your dedicated buddy, who will support you to become familiar with the company culture, our working style, and the right contact people.

Check in after three months with your manager and human resources and raise any relevant topics or questions you might have related to your daily work or AURELIUS as an employer.
