I am a Managing Director at AURELIUS Operations Advisory. Prior to joining AURELIUS in 2017, I worked for several years in Management Consulting as well as with global brands Siemens and Porsche. I hold an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Augsburg. I am a true Private Equity operator at heart and love to transform companies together with impactful teams.

As a Managing Director at AURELIUS Operations Advisory, I take care of a range of B2C-related investments across the lifestyle and fashion industries. My job is to build up high performing management teams in our portfolio companies and ensure the end-to-end execution of our value creation plans. This makes me responsible for the delivery of top and bottom-line results, as well as the successful transformation of our assets.

I enjoy seeing a strategy turn into tangible results and believe that a good mix of strategy and execution is what makes us successful, in addition to our fast-learning culture. Beyond that, I love working with talented and motivated people as well as creating strong networks across the industry.

What is the #1 reason why you joined AURELIUS?

After several years working in the consulting industry, I wanted to get involved with operations. For me, it was important to be able to make ideas come into play, instead of just creating truckloads of PowerPoint presentations.

Describe your job

My work involves developing the value creation roadmaps for our investments and overseeing execution of our transformation playbooks together with our operations teams and practices. I am also responsible for recruitment to the C-Suite, identifying top-talent both in our portfolio companies as well as from an AURELIUS perspective.

Best thing about AURELIUS

Our hands-on approach and “no politics” attitude.

Personal Statement

I think it’s important to mention the incredible amount of freedom and trust that is given to us. We don’t live by the clock, but by the results. We all determine our own work life balance.
