Responsibilities

Immediately after the acquisition of a new investment through AURELIUS, you will take over the full responsibility for the transformation of the company. Your main task is, together with the established management, to elaborate and implement the strategy, the equity story and a comprehensive added-value concept in the company. Throughout this journey you have the possibility to support the value creation plan from the analysis to the final implementation and be engaged in driving change as well as increasing the overall competitiveness, profitability and sustainable increase of the company value. You will be able to rely on the support of the AURELIUS’ task force and the extensive toolset of the AURELIUS’ operating model.

Collaborating closely with the existing management team, your primary focus will be to develop and execute comprehensive transformation and restructuring plans that maximize the long-term value of each firm.

This position offers a unique blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities, allowing you to lead and contribute to a range of captivating projects from inception to successful implementation. Typically spending 12 months on site, you will actively drive the enhancement of competitiveness and profitability for our portfolio companies.

The internal „Finance Task-Force“ advises and supports our portfolio companies in accelerating value creation along the life cycle, from Finance Due Diligence to building and launching 100d and transformation plans until exit. The functional spectrum of the Finance Practice ranges from optimisation and realignment of commercial structures and processes to budget and cash flow planning, internal and external stakeholder management as well as the associated reporting and controlling systems.
