I am a Procurement Practice Manager at AURELIUS. Prior to joining in 2023, I had a career in consulting and worked as a Manager for both PwC and Efficio. Before that, I successfully founded a Facility Management business. I hold a BA in International Business and Social Science from Rhine-Waal University, with a focus on Procurement, Logistics and Leveraged Finance.

What is the #1 reason why you joined AURELIUS?

My primary motivation for joining AURELIUS stemmed from its exceptional operational task force, which is unique to the Private Equity industry. AURELIUS also offers a familian work environment with minimal hierarchy and outstanding development opportunities.

Describe your job

As a Procurement Manager at AURELIUS, my role involves ensuring operational excellence, cost optimisation, fostering supplier relationships and facilitating knowledge exchange among Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs). I also play a pivotal role in due diligence projects (DDs) and contributing to EBITDA improvements.

The best thing about AURELIUS is undoubtedly its exceptional procurement team. I have had the privilege of working alongside mentors who have not only become friends but also provide strong support in helping me achieve my next career goals.

Personal statement

Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about bodybuilding and sports (especially cycling) actively supporting friends, family and charitable organizations through volunteering.
