I am the Managing Director of DEMIS GmbH as well as a shareholder of the DEMIS Group and have been involved in the development and positioning of the company in the industrial and mechanical engineering market since its inception. Before my role at AURELIUS, and continuing up to the present day, I have been successful in promoting DEMIS and growing it into the DEMIS Group. I have only been part of AURELIUS since 2025, but I am actively involved in M&A and driving growth within the DEMIS Group. My goal remains to establish the DEMIS Group as a strong player in the market.

Describe your job

My role at AURELIUS is to drive the DEMIS Group forward with a clear focus on the future. I am systematically leading the DEMIS Group into a stable market position by leveraging its strengths and, in doing so, creating among other things one of the foundations for sustainable development and a robust structure.

In my view, what makes AURELIUS special is the combination of decision-making freedom and extensive expertise. The strategy presented by AURELIUS, called buy-and-build, enables me to take an active role in shaping the business, to continue assuming responsibility within the group, and to realize sustainable value.
