As an experienced General Manager taking on a position on C-level in one of AURELIUS’ portfolio companies, we expect that you remain in this role through to exit and possibly beyond.

Successful Managers at the C-level within the AURELIUS portfolio often return to work with us again in a variety of ways:

• In another C-level role with wider scope or responsibility, potentially as Group-CEO/CFO, in another AURELIUS portfolio company.
• As a Managing Director with responsibility for the operational activities in an AURELIUS portfolio company straight after acquisition, collaborating closely with the CEO/CFO of the business.
• As a Senior Managing Director overseeing 2-4 businesses in parallel.
