Hiring Process
Please apply online via our career site / online application form. The online application takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. You can save your application at any point and return to it if necessary. To apply for more than one position you must complete an application form for each position. It’s easy to review, update or withdraw your applications through your candidate profile account.
After submitting your online application an AURELIUS recruiter will review your CV. If you pass the initial screening, they will contact you regarding the next steps.
We review every application in depth to make sure you’re qualified for the area you’re applying to work in; we may also direct you to another role within AURELIUS where your skills could help you flourish.
Interview Process
Please note that depending on the seniority of the role the interview process might slightly vary.
Skills interview: This interview is based on your profile, where AURELIUS assesses your skills and experience in relation to the role you have applied for. Your personality and motivation to join AURELIUS are just as important to us as your technical competencies for the job. Therefore, make sure that you do not simply replicate your resume here, but share details of your personal experiences and accomplishments as well as the challenges you have faced in the past which have helped you succeed in your professional career. At this stage we would like you to demonstrate specific real-life examples on how you have taken ownership, ideally driven by a dynamic, pragmatic, can-do-attitude, and how your actions have made a real impact and created substantial change.
Case Study: For this stage we will be assessing problem-solving abilities, which means you will be required to demonstrate your numerical skills, business knowledge, and communication style, as well as any technical expertise and specialist skills related to the role.
Interview Stages
- 1st round interview: Skills interview with Line Manager/Head of Department
- 2nd round interview: Skills interview/case study with the Line Manager/Head of Department
- Online Assessment: Personality tests and tests assessing your business reasoning skills
- Final interview: Personal interview with Senior Management

May I make an unsolicited application for a corporate function or only for advertised vacancies?
You may send us an unsolicited application, but we cannot guarantee there are suitable opportunities if none are advertised. Should your profile be of interest for us, we will inform you accordingly and contact you again when an appropriate vacancy becomes available. Our continuous growth means we may look to expand the team even when not actively hiring for a particular role. In such cases we will share more information about potential collaboration possibilities directly with you.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We strive to keep the recruitment process as short and efficient as possible. Depending on the number of applications and interviews being conducted we aim for a process no longer than 4-6 weeks from application to signing.
Are the interviews conducted virtually or in person in an office?
The first round interview might be conducted by video call, but we generally prefer interviews in person and on site. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the office location and get a taste for the company culture.
Will I have the opportunity to meet the team throughout the recruitment process?
Since the personal team fit is very important to us, we would like the team to get to know you and also for you to meet your potential colleagues, usually through an informal coffee chat outside the office.
